The most endearing route on the Aoos River begins from the Aoos bridge between the villages Vrisohori and Palioseli and ends on the bridge of Konitsa. The route is demanding, having continuous high difficulty V and VI grades, and the length is 15 km. It last from 4 to 8 hours depending on the river flow. Selected segments of the route with smaller degree of difficulty, especially from the area of ​​the Monastery of Stomio and lower, can be done easily.
